Workplace Giving

Workplace Giving is an easy way to support the California Hospice Foundation.

CHF is a member organization of Community Health Charities, California and we are therefore linked to the Combined Federal Campaign, the California State Employees Campaign and the Community Health Charities Private Sector Campaign. Each year, just look for our name in the annual pledge materials available at your campaign site and use the appropriate CHF donation code/number on your pledge form. The current codes are listed below and are subject to change, so please double check. Be sure to include your name and address so that we are able to thank you and add you to our mailing list.

United Way

The California Hospice Foundation receives donations from many different United Way Campaigns held throughout California. Just designate us on your pledge form; insert our name, address and zip code. Then we will receive your contribution. Be sure to include your name and address so that we are able to thank you and add you to our mailing list.

Matching Gifts

Check with your Human Resources Department to see if your company has a Matching Gifts Program. If you do have a program ask for the Matching Gifts form, complete your part of the form and send it to us with your donation. We then complete our part of the form, submit it and will then receive your employers matching gift.
