These resources, including educational materials, Choices newsletter, and links to other helpful websites, are a part of the California Hospice Foundation's efforts to increase awareness for end-of-life choices.
Each component of the project strives to provide comprehensive information which is essential if individuals and their loved ones are to be prepared for the choices that come with end-of-life. Each component is also designed to encourage individuals to learn more about hospice, and to share information with their friends.
